Construction Details:
The warehouse is constructed of a 2 level office area adjoining the warehouse. The warehouse itself is founded on reinforced concrete baring pads with a portal steel frame erected. Solid concrete pre-cast concrete panels clad the entire warehouse. The warehouse floor was post tensioned with all driveways conventionally reinforced.
