Construction Details:
The site was purchased in 2001 as an undeveloped 2 hectare site. The rear residual land was purchased from council to consolidate the site to 2.1 hectares. The site was cleared, leveled, compacted and serviced. A DA was then lodged to Blacktown Council and approval was given to construct a warehouse and distribution facility. The site was then sold to a major development company, J.A. Isaac Property Group which built the facility for The Fosters Brewing Group.
